We had the two-person lunch set menu. The service was excellent, and they also provided small side dishes and fresh fruit. I chose the set with fish fillets while my friend had the meat option—more than enough for two people to enjoy and left us feeling full and satisfied. At the end, we also had ice cream, which was also delicious. Overall, a great experience. I especially recommend the lunch set—it’s affordable, the service is outstanding, and the ingredients are fresh and clean.

We came to Hai Di Lao to celebrate a birthday and had the best experience! Our server Yu Xin was amazing; so attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole meal. The food was fresh and delicious, and Yu Xin went above and beyond by singing a birthday song for us, which made the atmosphere so fun and memorable. Truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Yu Xin for making our celebration extra special!

Haidilao is a famous Chinese hotpot restaurant with locations worldwide, with this one being one of the few on the East Coast, located in downtown Flushing. The store itself is quite spacious, with over 100 tables for people to sit at, and does get filled quite quickly. They offer private rooms as well as larger tables for larger parties. The service is exceptional. The waiter and staff checked in on us nearly every second, offering us free goodies (that you need a secret code to get), as well as telling us about the many offerings they have. The food, although on the pricier side, was of good quality and tasted great. We got the tom yum broth as well as the tomato broth. The tom yum broth was a bit too sour for our liking, but the tomato broth was amazing. The dancing noodle was nice and chewy, and they put on a show when they make it which was fun to watch. The rest of the products were typical hotpot offerings, but were of top quality and tasted great in the broth.

Haidilao never disappoints! The soup base is super flavorful, and the service is top-tier they’re always so attentive and friendly. Love the little snacks and ice cream too. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the experience!

Aug 9: A very nice experience at Haidilao. Love the atmosphere and our waitress Jing Xin is so nice, polite and always have a sweet smile on her face. We'll be back soon for Jackson Wang's MagicMan2 set meal. Kudos to the entire team!! Update Aug 16: at Haidilao again for the Jackson Wang's MagicMan2 set meal. I met the most wonderful waiter in the world, Viktor. This is my third time here for the Jackson Wang meal, and the set meal is supposed to come w a JW cushion souvenir. Some how the shipment of cushions haven't arrived yet, so Viktor took my number and texted me in the evening when the cushions arrived. He kept his promise and label my name and number on the cushion for my friend to pick up on behalf. Viktor's attitude and service deserves a good raise👏👏
